Men of Color Career Advancement (MoCCA) Program
Application Form
Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in the Men of Color Career Advancement (MoCCA) Program! The MoCCA Program is funded by the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation and is housed in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College (WJC). The mission of the CWD is to bridge the needs of organizations, the profession, and the community by providing high quality education and training that prepare providers to meet the demand for culturally and linguistically responsive behavioral health care and substance use services across the nation.
If you are interested in joining the MoCCA Program, please fill out this application form and submit it as soon as possible. It will take about 20-30 minutes to complete the application form. You are welcome to start the application and come back and finish it at the same computer at a later date. Please note that the application form should be completed in its entirety, as incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
If you would like to get more information about the MoCCA Program, please email Dr. Damon Pryor at Damon_Pryor@williamjames.edu.
If you have any questions or if you wish to report a concern about the program, please contact Dr. Gemima St. Louis, Gemima_Stlouis@williamjames.edu, Vice President for Workforce Initiatives in the Center for Workforce Development at WJC. Thank you.
